The specialist audiologist, [name removed], was extremely pleasant. She explained everything to me very clearly & didn’t mind me asking questions at all. She answered everything I asked. I wasn’t kept waiting for my appointment at all & was seen on time. Overall a great experience.

Not impressed my hearing issue is now age related after having hearing problems for over 30 years if not birth. I felt I was just being passed on. I have now had my specsavers appointment sent. It is 7 weeks hence, after being told I'll get an appointment in a couple of weeks. The system is falling apart and no one will admit it

Go back to basics. Reset your targets. Get rid of pointless surveys.

[name removed] is the best diabetic nurse we have seen in NHS. She is very kind, energetic and proactively helpful. She explains things so well, and makes sure we do not miss anything. She picks up important details during our conversation and acts on them. We feel far more assured and optimistic about how to take care of family member after she gave us advice and help.

Give information what to do on discharge not just say you can be discharge . With not information about what to do further appointments etc. Do not just leave a discharge folder on the table. That carries no information regarding what to do.dispite it saying appointments on Monday and I get appointments for Thursday which I had to telephone twice before getting the appointent for a Monday. This is down to the nursing staff not the consultant.
